In Fall 2020, I moved to Palo Alto, California to complete my Masters in biomedical informatics at Stanford University!
I'm a McGill Neuroscience student (class of '20) with a minor in Computer Science. I've worked in several labs and contributed to a wide array of projects such as modelling genomic data in virtual reality, exploring the role of place cells in contextual fear discrimination, and using machine learning to predict the spread of Dengue fever in Puerto Rico..
Some of my other interests include basketball (playing, watching, and winning fantasy leagues), reviewing wine and cheeses, browsing meme pages, hiking and binging reality TV.
Using several CNN architectures, Transfer Learning, and Decoders to compare the brains of heavy cannabis users vs. controls
The Effects of Gradual Transitions Between Neutral and Dangerous Contexts on ventral CA1 Pyramidal Neurons in Mice
Directing the Viedma ripening of ethylenediammonium sulfate using “Tailor-made” chiral additives
A Examination of non-spatially tuned hippocampal neurons in a context fear discrimination task
Linking hippocampal remapping to memory retrieval in a context fear teleportation task
